You wouldn't be blamed for being cautious about buying a suit online, but when this suit arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The suit was of a greater quality than I had expected. I was expecting a nice suit for work but instead found a great suit of fine quality and feel which would not only be well worn at a wedding, but would also invite the compliments you would normally expect from a suit costing nearer to £600-£700. I will certainly be shopping at Brook Taverner again. The free shirt was an unecessary but well received bonus!

The suit was just what I wanted - easy to pick from the material samples sent before ordering. Unfortunately, there was a minor blemish on one lapel and I felt I could not wear it for my son's wedding. However, the problem was resolved without a fuss - the jacket was exchanged within a few days. I particularly appreciated how Brook Taverner kept me informed by email and their tracking system ensured I knew when it was likely to be delivered. Goodbye M&S.
