I was impressed by the rapidity of the standard delivery delivery as well as the fit of all the items ordered. I was surprised by the weight and the stylishness of the Thomas jacket. It will however, nicely fill the smart casual slot and its rather heavier than expected weight will be very helpful in this year's non-summer! All in all very well pleased, the moreso because of the attractive sale prices.

A good jacket let down by poor attention to detail Review by James Brooke: Overall Rating:

The jacket fits nicely and is generally well made, but it is let down by the stitching on of the buttons. The buttons didn't last the first days use and I had to resew them on that evening. I have had exactly the same problem with my suit jacket too, so this seems to be a Brook Taverener weak point. It is only a small point, but worth noting. Other than that I have no complaints and am very happy with the jacket.

Despite not being lightweight the jacket fitted me well and will be good for evening wear when the warmth of the day is gone, ie just the ticket for casual smart evening wear - open air music concerts perhaps?

Very nice Jacket which almost ticked all the boxes. The "BUT" is in relation to the sleeve lining which is beginning to sag and almost reaches the cuff. I suspect It will need sewn up in the not too distant future. Don't regret the purchase though. Good service from Brook Taverner. Not my last purchase from them.
