I have been very impressed with the quality of the items I revived, from my suits, belts and shoes. The discount codes and reward points saved me over 50% on my order. One item was out of stock until Aug but it was sourced from a store so the delay was days instead of months. I will and have recommended Brook Taverner to my friends and work mates.

I ordered a suit, shoes and shirts from Brook Taverner. The suit trousers were out of stock at the time, however customer services contacted me to ask if I wanted the rest of the items sending out immediately, which they did. It turned out that I had ordered a jacket that was too long for me, so I returned the item to be exchanged for a smaller size. The process was easy and the replacement jacket arrived within a couple of days. The member of customer services that I spoke to was very helpful and was able to advise on the correct size to buy. I would recommend Brook Taverner to anyone and will be ordering from them again.

The range and quality of the clothing and shoes are excellent. On-line ordering is streamlined and very straightforward. A quality service in every regard.

I ordered a pair of these using a 50% off code so paid £75. The colour whilst described as antique tan is more of a mid brown so i returned them. Overall They were not worth £150 but would have been reasonable value at £75. The shoes are described as Loake in the catalogue but were branded Brook Taverner when I received them. I assume that they are from Loake's India factory not the UK and for some reason are branded BT. Overall a bit disappointing. I would rather pay more for the UK product. BT's service in supplying and refunding the goods was excellent

i have only had the shoes a short while but they seem decent enough. dont think they are worth the RPP of £150 but with the voucher taking them down to £75 they seem to be fair value for money. Obviously time will tell when they are properly worn in!
