Should also be made in short sizes as well as lot of people are not tall you provide inside leg up to 27 inch why not give the option for regular and short length in coats as well that's why I am shopping with you

When sizing outerwear do I use my jacket size and assume that the garment will accommodate a jacket under it.
Or do I go to a larger size>
