I have always purchased a medium size shirt. The shirt came very quickly and is very well made. However the size is completely wrong and quite honestly more a large or an extra large and was far to big, and could not be worn by me. I have therefore had to pass it on to another person in the family. I am very disappointed as I like the colour and the style. Perhaps you should review your sizing. Frank holmes

For a classic fit this shirt is rather slimmer than the light and da4k blue chambray shirts purchased at the same time. Let’s hope it doesn’t shrink like previous casual shirts.

For years I have battled the button on the sleeves just above the cuff. The buttons are often too fat. You designers have excelled themselves in the putting a pointless button at the back of the collar. What purpose does it serve? Less than those on the bottom of sleeves. How do you fasten it. Some men like me (83) have worn a tie for 78 years since we first went to school. English shirts are not designed at the neck to be worn without a tie. The collar is always a mess. Leave the collar off and have a small up-stand around the neck, e.g. see Iranian and Indian shirts to be worn on formal occasions. I have mentioned in previous reviews; the pocket is too shallow. I keep my 'phone there. They are getting bigger and hard to keep in place. Could we have 2 cm added to the depth?
