How it works.

For every £10 you spend, you automatically earn 1 loyalty point. Points are added after your purchase is completed.

Use your points at the order review page. 1 point = £1 discount off your next purchase.

Earn Rewards

Whether you are shopping online or in one of our 17 stores, every £10 you spend earns you a loyalty point. They add up fast.

Earning & Using

Every time you purchase an item, you earn loyalty points
For every £10 you spend, you receive 1 loyalty point
Points are automatically added after a completed purchase
To earn points, you must have a registered account
Points can be used on any future purchase except clearance and Black Friday items
You can only use the points available in your account at the time of checkout
If you use all your points, any new points earned will be added after the order completes
View your balance by logging in and visiting the Reward Points tab

At the order review page during checkout, you will be given the option to use your points
Select how many points you would like to use — 1 point = £1 discount
The selected amount will be deducted from your order total
Please note that points cannot be used on clearance items

Redeem & Save

When you are ready to redeem, simply select how many points you would like to use at the order review page. 1 point takes £1 off your total.

Important Information

Points are only issued once a purchase has been completed.
Points earned on an order cannot be used against that same order.
Points can be used on any product except clearance and Black Friday items.
Points are calculated on the net basket value after discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Points can only be redeemed up to the value of the order, excluding carriage. Carriage is always payable.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Points expire three months from the date they are issued and will be removed automatically if unused.

If you return items from an order, any points used as part of that purchase will not be returned to your account.
Where a refund is due, you will be refunded only the net monetary amount paid.
