Very frustrating. The jacket was cut so slim, I couldn't do up the button.
I am a standard 38". My waist is 37". I am hardly stout.
The next size up was far too large. The difference between the two sizes was enormous.
What am I supposed to do?

Unfortunately this item was too large on the shoulders.
The waist fitting was quite good.
This 'tailored fit' can be difficult. I am a standard 38", but the 38" tailored will not do up!
Hence trying a 40" jacket.
