Will be delivered next day by UK Mail between 7.30am and 12.30pm, Mon-Fri, Sat before 12.30pm
All orders are subject to stock availability and will be despatched ASAP but can take up to 7 days to be delivered. Alterations normally take between 7 and 10 days, unless otherwise advised.
What is your returns policy?
No quibble guarantee – return unused and we will refund or exchange within 3 months. Please use the return form on the back of the delivery note. Returns are free – use the prepaid address label provided located on the front of the delivery note. Please note that we do not accept the return of items that have been damaged.Back to top
How long does a refund take?
We aim to refund any money to your card within 1 working day of receiving your returned items. refund has been processed, it can take up to 7 working days to show on your statement – this is out of our control.Back to top
What does Super 100's and Super 110's mean?
The number stands for the quality of wool used to make the fabric. The higher the number the better and finer the wool quality.Back to top
I bought something from a local stockist, what do I do if I need to return it?
You would need to take it back to the shop that you bought it from. When you buy something from one of our retailers, you would have to comply with their returns policy (not ours), and take it back to them.Back to top
The sizes on your website won't fit me, can you make a size for me or adjust one of your sizes?
The only products we can do adjustments to are the trouser lengths which are available at various leg lengths, or a 36inch unfinished size for you to do yourself.
No other products can be adjusted in size

With overcoats, do I need to order a bigger size than normal to accomodate the clothes underneath?
No, order your normal size and it should fit ok. If for any reason there is a sizing problem we are very happy to do an exchange for another size.Back to top
When do you take payment
No money will be taken from your account until the garments are despatched unless payment is taken by Paypal where we will take the money immediately but hold it in our Paypal account until despatch. If the order is split and the goods are sent at separate times then you will only be charged for the items that have been despatched.Back to top
Are all your items in stock.
Stock is not guaranteed, we can only tell once the order has been sent to the warehouse.
Normally we are able to supply stock for all orders and very rarely have a problem with this. If there is any problem with stock customer services will be in touch within 24 hours.
