O ordered this jacket first as size 44L as that seemed to work for me with another product from another supplier before now. But when this jacket arrived, I felt the sleeves were a bit short for me/my preference. So I had it returned and exchanged for the next size up 46L. The process was quite straightforward and the customer service was very professional. Courteous and very helpful staff and excellent communication keeping me updated at each point till I got the exchanged size - which came quite quickly in the end I might add. Thank you guys!
